- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Lemon1, sliced
- Fresh parsley1 bunch, chopped

Clean and pat dry the trout. Make a few shallow slits on each side of the fish.

Season the inside and outside of the trout with salt and black pepper.

Brush the trout lightly with olive oil.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the trout for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the fish.

Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon slices.
