Peel, core, and grate the pumpkin. Squeeze out excess moisture.

Soak raisins in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.

In a large bowl, combine grated pumpkin, diced apples, chopped walnuts, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, and vegetable oil.
