- Sirene Cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)150g
- Fresh Dill1/4 bunch
- Sunflower Oil3 tbsp
- White Wine Vinegar1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Roast the red bell peppers until the skin is charred. Place them in a bowl, cover, and let steam for 10 minutes. Peel, deseed, and chop the roasted peppers.

Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine the chopped fresh vegetables and the roasted peppers.
