- all-butter puff pastry1 package (about 14 oz)
- sirene cheese (or feta)8 oz
- eggs2 large
- sour cream1/4 cup
- fresh dill, chopped2 tablespoons
- salt1/4 teaspoon
- black pepperpinch

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw puff pastry according to package directions. Unroll or unfold it onto the prepared baking sheet.

In a bowl, mash the sirene cheese with a fork. Stir in eggs, sour cream, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border.

Fold the edges of the puff pastry over the filling to create a rustic border, or cut into squares and place filling on half, folding the other half over.
