- Feta cheese, crumbled1/2 cup
- Red onion, finely chopped1/4 cup
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tablespoons
- Lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Egg1 large
- Breadcrumbs1/3 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil, for frying1/4 cup
