- Milk250ml
- Eggs2

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Break the cauliflower into florets and blanch them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the blanched cauliflower florets in a buttered baking dish.

Pour the milk and egg mixture over the cauliflower.

Sprinkle the grated kashkaval cheese evenly over the top.

Dot with small pieces of butter.
