Slice chicken breast thinly. In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).

Prepare the garlic sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and 1 minced garlic clove with salt and pepper.

Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken slices until cooked through and slightly charred.

Warm the pita bread.

Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.

Assemble the döner: Spread garlic sauce inside the pita bread. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and grilled chicken. Fold or wrap.
