- Strong brewed coffee, cooled2 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one by one, then vanilla extract.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients alternately with milk, mixing until just combined.

Divide batter into two. Mix cocoa powder and cooled coffee into one portion until smooth.

Spoon alternating dollops of vanilla and coffee-chocolate batter into the bundt pan.

Swirl gently with a skewer.
