- Milk2 cups
- Sugar3/4 cup

In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar until sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Keep warm.

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add semolina flour and toast, stirring constantly, until light golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Gradually pour the warm milk mixture into the toasted semolina while stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Add chopped walnuts and salt.

Cook over low heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens considerably and pulls away from the sides of the pan, about 5-10 minutes.

Spoon into small serving dishes or molds and let cool slightly before serving.
