In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt and vegetable oil.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

While the dough rests, crumble the sirene cheese into a bowl. Add the eggs and black pepper, and mix well to combine.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Divide the dough into equal portions (about 8-10). Roll each portion into a circle or oval.

Place a generous spoonful of the cheese filling onto one half of each dough circle. Fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges.

Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the egg yolk.
