Стъпки

  1. 1

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.

  2. 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt and vegetable oil.

  3. 3

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

  4. 4

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

While the dough rests, crumble the sirene cheese into a bowl. Add the eggs and black pepper, and mix well to combine.

  6. 6

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. 7

Divide the dough into equal portions (about 8-10). Roll each portion into a circle or oval.

  8. 8

Place a generous spoonful of the cheese filling onto one half of each dough circle. Fold the other half over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges.

  9. 9

Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the egg yolk.

  10. 10

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
