- Granulated sugar75g
- Active dry yeast7g

- Ground cinnamon2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar150g

Activate yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle (approx. 30x40 cm).

Mix cinnamon and sugar for the filling. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle generously with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Roll up the dough tightly from the long side. Cut into 12 equal slices.

Place rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

While rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar and water to make a glaze.
