- Smoked Paprika1 tsp
- Beef Broth1.5 liters
- Potatoes2 medium
- Carrots1
- Parsnip1
- Bay Leaf1
- Fresh Parsley2 tbsp, chopped

- Black Pepperto taste

In a bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Add diced potatoes, carrots, and parsnip to the pot. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Pour in the beef broth, add the bay leaf, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, add the browned meatballs back to the pot, and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and meatballs are cooked through.

Stir in chopped fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove bay leaf before serving. Ladle the soup into bowls.
