Съставки
- Lamb mince or pre-cut stewing lamb500g
- Onions1 large
- Carrots2 medium
- Potatoes1 medium
- Canned chopped tomatoes200g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Lamb broth or water1.5 liters
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Paprika (sweet)1 tsp
- Dried mint0.5 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh mint or parsleyfor garnish

Heat oil in a pot. Sauté chopped onion until softened.

Add lamb mince (or pre-cut lamb) and brown it. If using mince, break it up with a spoon.

Add minced garlic, chopped carrots, and diced potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in canned tomatoes, paprika, and dried mint.

Pour in the lamb broth or water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and lamb is cooked through.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
