- Green Beans100g
- Vegetable Broth1 liter
- Olive Oil2 tablespoons

- Fresh Dillfor garnish

Peel and dice potatoes, carrots, and onion. Dice bell pepper and tomatoes. Trim and chop green beans. Dice zucchini.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add diced carrots and bell pepper to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add diced potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, and green beans to the pot. Stir well.

Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
