- White wine100ml

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

Chop onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan or clay pot. Sauté onions until softened.

Add chicken pieces and brown them on all sides.

Add bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour in white wine and bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook on low heat for 60-90 minutes, or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 1 hour, until chicken is tender and sauce has thickened.
