Cut the kashkaval cheese into 1-1.5 cm thick slices.

Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs (seasoned with salt and pepper), and one with breadcrumbs.

Dredge each cheese slice first in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs, ensuring an even layer.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. The oil should be deep enough to partially submerge the cheese slices.

Carefully place the breaded cheese slices into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried kashkaval pane from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
