- Tomato paste2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley1 bunch

Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and membranes.

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until translucent.

Add the ground meat to the sautéed onion and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Rinse the rice and add it to the meat mixture along with tomato paste, chopped parsley (reserve some for garnish), salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stuff the pepper halves generously with the meat and rice mixture.

Arrange the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Add about 1-2 cm of water to the bottom of the dish.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45-50 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the rice is cooked.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes to allow the filling to brown slightly.
