- Sirene cheese (or Feta)150g
- Cooked rice50g
- Egg1
- Fresh parsleysmall bunch

Wash the bell peppers. Cut off the tops and carefully remove the seeds and membranes, keeping the peppers whole.

In a bowl, combine lyutenitsa, crumbled sirene cheese, cooked rice, the egg, chopped parsley (reserve some for garnish), vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stuff the peppers with the lyutenitsa and cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Add a small amount of water (about 1 cm) to the bottom.

Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40-50 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.

Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
