- Honey1/2 cup
- Soy sauce1/4 cup
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Ginger1 tbsp, grated
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp, toasted
- Green onions2, chopped

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Place the seasoned wings in a large bowl and pour the honey-soy mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
