- Onions2 medium
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp
- Sweet paprika1.5 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water50ml

Clean and slice the pork liver into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the onions thinly.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the liver and sear until browned. Remove liver and set aside.

Add the sliced onions to the skillet and sauté until softened and lightly golden.

Sprinkle paprika over the onions and stir for 30 seconds.

Return the liver to the skillet. Add water, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 5-8 minutes until liver is cooked through and tender.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
