Ingredients
- Chicken breast500 g
- Water2 liters
- Carrots1 large
- Onion1 small
- Garlic cloves2
- Parsley stemsfew
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Place chicken breasts in a pot (Кастрюля) with 2 liters of water. Add the whole small onion, crushed garlic cloves, and parsley stems. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove chicken breasts from the broth. Strain the broth into a clean pot, discarding solids. Let chicken cool slightly, then dice into small pieces.

Peel and finely dice the carrot. Add the diced carrots to the strained broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until carrots are tender.

Add the diced chicken back to the broth. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
