Ingredients
- All-purpose flour1 cup
- Milk1 1/4 cups
- Eggs2 large
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
- Granulated sugar1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
Steps

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high speed until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Scrape down the sides if needed.

Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown. These will be slightly thicker than French crêpes.
