Ingredients
- Chicken wings, separated2 lbs
- Honey1/2 cup
- Soy sauce1/4 cup
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Cornstarch2 tbsp
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish1 tbsp
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat chicken wings dry. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss with cornstarch until lightly coated.

Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

While wings bake, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

After 20 minutes, flip the wings and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove wings from oven. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the hot wings and toss to coat evenly. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to let the glaze thicken.
