- Ricotta cheese1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded1.5 cups
- Parmesan cheese, grated1/2 cup
- Italian seasoning1 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Steps
- 1
Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion, cook until beef is browned and onion is softened, breaking up the meat. Drain excess fat.
- 2
Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3
Pour in marinara sauce and water/broth. Bring to a simmer.
- 4
Add the broken lasagna noodles to the skillet, ensuring they are mostly submerged in the sauce. Cover the skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- 5
Remove from heat. Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese over the top of the pasta mixture. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- 6
Place the skillet under a broiler for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- 7
Let stand for a few minutes before serving directly from the skillet.
