Ingredients
- Spaghetti400g
- Ground Beef500g
- Yellow Onion1 medium
- Garlic3 cloves
- Crushed Tomatoes800g can
- Tomato Paste2 tbsp
- Beef Broth100ml
- Olive Oil1 tbsp
- Dried Oregano1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Parmesan Cheesefor serving
- Fresh Parsleyfor garnish

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Add dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for at least 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing flavors to meld.

While the sauce simmers, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
