- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Heavy cream1 1/2 cups
- Fontina cheese, shredded1 1/2 cups
- Gouda cheese, shredded1 cup
- Parmesan cheese, grated1/2 cup
- Salt3/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Truffle oil1-2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)2 tablespoons

Cook cavatappi pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
