Ingredients
- Ziti pasta12 ounces
- Jarred marinara sauce24 ounces
- Ricotta cheese15 ounces
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded1.5 cups
- Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup
- Egg1 large
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook ziti according to package directions until al dente. Drain.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked ziti with the jarred marinara sauce and half of the shredded mozzarella. Stir to coat.

In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Spread half of the ziti mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish. Dollop the ricotta mixture over the ziti.

Top with the remaining ziti mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
