Ingredients
- Salmon fillets4 (6 oz each)
- Unsalted butter4 tbsp
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Lemon1/2, juiced
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through to your desired doneness.

Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and melt.

Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
