- Canned salmon, drained and flaked15 oz
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Egg, lightly beaten1
- Onion, finely chopped1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil, for frying2-3 tablespoons

In a medium bowl, combine the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Form the mixture into 4-6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
