Ingredients
- Shrimp1 lb, peeled and deveined
- Linguine pasta12 oz
- Butter6 tbsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Dry white wine1/2 cup
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Red pepper flakes1/4 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook linguine according to package directions. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta cooks, melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.

Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes, scraping up any browned bits.

Stir in chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the drained linguine to the skillet with the shrimp and sauce. Toss to combine, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a smooth sauce.
