Ingredients
- Spaghetti8 oz
- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined1 lb
- Unsalted butter4 tbsp
- Garlic, minced5 cloves
- Red pepper flakes1/4 tsp
- Dry white wine1/4 cup
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley, chopped3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

While pasta cooks, season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp.

Add remaining 2 tbsp butter to the skillet. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Pour in white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 1 minute.

Add cooked spaghetti, shrimp, and chopped parsley to the skillet. Toss to combine, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to create a sauce.
