Ingredients
- Fresh wide rice noodles12 oz
- Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced12 oz
- Broccoli florets2 cups
- Eggs2
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce3 tablespoons
- Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)2 tablespoons
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- White pepper1/4 teaspoon

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and sugar. Set aside.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from wok.

Add garlic and stir-fry for 15 seconds. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

Push vegetables to the side. Add eggs and scramble. Break into pieces.

Add rice noodles and cooked pork. Pour sauce mixture over. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until noodles are heated through and coated.
