  • Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced12 oz
  • Broccoli florets2 cups
  • Eggs2
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce3 tablespoons
  • Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)2 tablespoons
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • White pepper1/4 teaspoon

Steps

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and sugar. Set aside.

    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from wok.
