- Chicken breast, thinly sliced250g
- Thai basil leaves1/2 cup, packed
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Red chili flakes1/4 tsp (or to taste)
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Water1 tbsp
- Red bell pepper, sliced (optional)1/4

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, and chili flakes.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 15 seconds.

Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until almost cooked through.

If using, add the sliced red bell pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute.
