  • Lemongrass1 stalk, bruised
  • Lime juice2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce2 tbsp
  • Red curry paste1 tbsp (for flavor and color)
  • Mushrooms1 cup, sliced
  • Green onions2 tbsp, chopped (for garnish)
  • Saltto taste
  • Water1/4 cup
