- Chicken thighs and drumsticks2.5 lbs

- Garlic cloves, thinly sliced6 cloves
- Chicken broth1 cup
- Kalamata olives, pitted1/2 cup
- Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped1/4 cup
- Dried oregano1 tsp
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- Fresh oregano or parsley, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp
