Ingredients
- Round dumpling wrappers1 package (approx. 50)
- Shrimp1 lb, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
- Scallions1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Ginger1 tsp, minced
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Salt0.5 tsp
- Waterfor sealing

Prepare the filling: Combine chopped shrimp, scallions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and salt.

Place about 1 teaspoon of filling onto the center of a dumpling wrapper.

Moisten the edge of the wrapper with water and fold in half, pleating the edges to seal securely.
