  • Water1/3 cup

Steps

    In a bowl, combine ground pork, chopped kimchi, scallions, minced garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Fill dumpling wrappers with about 1 tablespoon of the kimchi-pork mixture. Moisten edges with water, fold into half-moon shapes, and pleat to seal.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place dumplings in a single layer and pan-fry for 2-3 minutes until bottoms are golden brown.

    Pour 1/3 cup of water into the skillet, cover immediately, and reduce heat to medium. Steam for 5-7 minutes until wrappers are cooked through.

    Remove the lid and cook for 1-2 minutes to re-crisp the bottoms.
