Ingredients
- Pre-cooked lo mein noodles14 oz
- Pork tenderloin8 oz, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets1 cup
- Bell pepper1, sliced
- Onion1/2, sliced
- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water2 tbsp

Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and 2 tbsp water.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from skillet.

Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the skillet. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add the pre-cooked lo mein noodles and the cooked pork back to the skillet.

Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss well to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
