  • Scallions, chopped2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    Cook the meat: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken/pork and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper. If using, stir in chopped preserved mustard greens.
