Ingredients
- All-purpose flour2 cups
- Yogurt1/2 cup
- Milk1/4 cup
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Baking soda1/2 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Butter (melted)3 tbsp
- Wateras needed
- Ghee or oil (for cooking)for brushing

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

Add yogurt and milk. Mix to form a soft dough, adding a little water if necessary.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and roll them out thinly into oval shapes.

Heat a skillet or tawa over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
