Ingredients
- Chicken breast, cut into cubes700g
- Pre-made Suya spice mix50g
- Peanut oil3 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Ginger powder1 tsp
- Red onion, chopped1/2
- Bell pepper, chopped1/2
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with peanut oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the pre-made suya spice mix and toss to coat the chicken evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Thread marinated chicken onto small skewers.

Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently, until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
