Ingredients
- Green Cabbage1 large head
- Smoked Sausage (like Kielbasa)1 lb
- Corn on the Cob4 ears
- Onion1 large
- Garlic4 cloves
- Chicken Broth4 cups
- Butter4 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cut the cabbage into wedges. Slice the sausage into 1-inch pieces. Husk the corn and cut each ear in half.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine cabbage wedges, sausage, corn, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until cabbage is tender and corn is cooked through.
