Ingredients
- Green Cabbage1 large head
- Andouille Sausage1 lb
- Corn on the Cob4 ears
- Onion1 large
- Bell Pepper (Green or Red)1
- Garlic4 cloves
- Chicken Broth4 cups
- Cajun Seasoning2 tbsp
- Butter4 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cut the cabbage into wedges. Slice the andouille sausage into 1-inch pieces. Husk the corn and cut each ear in half.

Chop the onion, dice the bell pepper, and mince the garlic.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine cabbage wedges, sausage, corn, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 50-60 minutes, or until cabbage is tender and corn is cooked through.
