Ingredients

- Lemon juice1/4 cup

- Wooden skewers8-10

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) in the refrigerator.

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
