Ingredients
- Feta cheese block200g
- Cherry tomatoes300g
- Garlic cloves3
- 'Nduja sausage100g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Red pepper flakes1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Pasta (e.g., paccheri, bucatini)300g
- Fresh basil or parsleyfor garnish

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place feta block in a baking dish. Arrange cherry tomatoes and garlic around it.

Dollop the 'nduja sausage over and around the feta and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tomatoes burst and 'nduja has rendered its fat.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve pasta water.

Remove dish from oven. Mash the feta, tomatoes, and 'nduja to create a spicy, rich sauce.

Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Add pasta water as needed for consistency.
