Ingredients

- Cherry tomatoes1 pint, halved
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Vegetable broth4 cups
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Fresh basil1/2 cup, chopped
- Parmesan cheese1/2 cup, grated

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine spaghetti, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, vegetable broth, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer.

Stir occasionally, ensuring the pasta doesn't stick, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
