- Low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded16 ounces
- Brick cheese, shredded8 ounces
- Crushed San Marzano tomatoes15 ounces
- Dried oregano1 teaspoon
- Pepperoni slices4 ounces

In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Generously grease a 9x13 inch rectangular pan with butter.

Punch down the dough and press it into the prepared pan, pushing it into the corners. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
