  • Ground nutmeg1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)1/2 cup

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
