Ingredients

- Warm water280ml
- Instant yeast5g
- Salt8g
- Olive oil40ml
- Fresh rosemary2 sprigs
- Garlic2 cloves
Steps

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, instant yeast, and salt.

Add warm water and 30ml of olive oil. Mix until just combined into a sticky dough.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Grease a baking pan (approx. 25x35 cm) with the remaining olive oil. Pour the dough into the pan and gently spread it out.

Let it rest, uncovered, for another 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Finely chop the rosemary and mince the garlic. Sprinkle them evenly over the dough.

Dimple the surface with oiled fingertips. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
