  • Heavy cream200ml
  • Powdered sugar100g
  • Ladyfingers (Savoiardi)150g
  • Strong brewed coffee (espresso)150ml
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder2 tbsp

Steps

    Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

    Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until just combined.

    Brew strong coffee and let it cool.

    Break ladyfingers into pieces and quickly dip them in the cooled coffee.

    Layer the coffee-dipped ladyfinger pieces and mascarpone cream mixture in individual glasses or cups.

    Repeat layers until cups are filled, ending with cream.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
